DEMEC Participates in a Day of Giving

One of the unique characteristics of public power is giving back to the community. That shows up in many different ways like when we return millions of dollars each year to ou member communities or when we volunteer through community service projects. DEMEC staff had the opportunity to volunteer at the Food Bank of Delaware in the City of Milford for our annual Day of Giving. With staff’s driven spirit, we tackled several pallets of donations . They inspected, sorted, and packaged food items, toiletries , and even pet supplies to give to families in need throughout the state.️
