DEMEC offers Conflict Management Training

DEMEC was joined by Jamee Boone of Eddee Boone Consulting for an interactive training on conflict management. Attendees explored internal and external causes for conflict, different resolution techniques, and their individual conflict management styles. Ultimately, whether it is working on an issue for a customer or a fellow team member, proper conflict management can bring people together to find a solution and provide growth opportunity.
