DEMEC 2nd Annual Staff Retreat
Workforce development and organizational culture are part of DEMEC’s core values. We recently held our second annual Staff Retreat, starting with a series of teambuilding videos and discussion. Next, Chris Manganelli, DEMEC’s IT Network Technician and local first responder, presented on basic medical emergencies that employees might encounter in an office environment. The day rounded out with some friendly competition through DEMEC trivia and other teambuilding activities.
