Session 2 in DEMEC’s Certified Power Supervisor Certificate Program – Transitioning To Supervisor: Managing Your Peers
DEMEC members and staff came together for the second session in our to discuss the transition from peer to supervisor. The training included tips on managing an established team, honing leadership skills, understanding and motivating staff, and how to step into a supervisory role among your peers. Several case studies and interactive activities helped attendees dive deeper into the subject and work to resolve hypothetical conflicts.
