Pre-Apprentice Training at the Joint Lineworker Training Yard
DEMEC recently hosted lineworkers from the City of Newark, and the City of Milford, for a week of hands-on training at the Joint Lineworker Training Yard in Smyrna. During this Pre-Apprentice Training, participants learned essential skills including safety protocols, proper use of PPE, pole climbing, and pole top rescue. This valuable training builds the confidence and expertise needed for safe and successful linework.
