Power Savers Alert!!

Due to low temperatures and increasing energy demand, we are asking municipal electric customers to VOLUNTARILY reduce electric use, Friday, January 30th, 2026.  Power Savers Hours are from 6 a.m. – 9 a.m.

Customers can help by taking simple steps such as:

• Delay using the washer and dryer during an alert.

Customers are encouraged to lower their electric use during these hours to save money both now and later. Participation helps lower customers’ monthly electric costs and reduce utility energy costs over time. The more people that participate, the bigger the impact!
