Members & Staff Visit Legislative Hall for DEMEC Day
DEMEC members and staff brightened Legislative Hall with our educational table display, promoting public power and DEMEC’s impactful initiatives. Our day finished with a productive annual meeting with Governor Carney, where industry trends and challenges were discussed. The Governor honored DEMEC with a proclamation, officially designating the day as “DEMEC Day”. Additionally, both the House and Senate recognized DEMEC’s dedication to service and environmental stewardship through a resolution. DEMEC and our members are committed to continuing to light the way forward for Delaware’s Public Power customers.
