Lineworker Training at DEMEC
Lineworkers from New Castle, Middletown, and Smyrna recently completed Underground Lab 4 in DEMEC’s Lineworker Training Program. Lab 4 is an advanced hands-on course in high-voltage underground systems. From grounding multi-phase transformers to fault-finding and system restoration, these essential skills prepare lineworkers to meet the growing energy needs of our communities safely and reliably. As energy demand grows, keeping those on the frontline well trained is essential to continue powering progress.
