DEMEC’s Director of Government & Community Relations, Heather Contant, recently hosted DEMEC’s annual Intro & Refresher, a virtual training designed for both newly elected and returning council & board members. Participants explored the , gained a deeper understanding of DEMEC’s role as Delaware’s not-for-profit Joint Action Agency, & learned more about the valuable programs, services, & resources DEMEC provides to support member communities & their customers.
