DEMEC Prepares for Light Up Navajo VI

Volunteers for met at DEMEC for an informational session to help them prepare them for when they journey to the Navajo Nation at the end of April. Previous volunteers were on hand to share their experiences with the new crew. This year the City of Dover added their name to the growing list of DEMEC communities who have volunteered to partner with the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority in this “mutual aid without the storm” project. Stay tuned and follow the City of Newark and City of Dover lineworkers as they head off to the Navajo Nation next month!
