DEMEC Hosts Interpersonal Supervisory Skills Training
This week DEMEC welcomed Tracy Williams with MLT Consulting to present the next installment in the Certified Power Supervisor Program – Interpersonal Supervisory Skills I. In this two day, interactive training, attendees learned how to form stronger, mutually beneficial relationships with co-workers, staff, and peers. Topics covered included self-awareness, identifying and working with different personality types, dealing with conflict, effective delegation and more.
