DEMEC Holds Leadership Training

Leaders from across the DEMEC membership came together for a training focused on building positive, productive workplace environments through effective leadership strategies.

From recognizing great work to coaching through challenges, attendees gained practical tools to help employees succeed, improve communication, and strengthen overall performance. Great supervision isn’t just about managing work, it’s about helping people grow!
