Bridging the Generation Gap Training Held at DEMEC
Staff from across the DEMEC membership came together to explore how different generations communicate, work, and bring unique strengths to the table. From Traditionalists to Gen Alpha, we had thoughtful discussions, a few laughs, and plenty of “aha” moments while learning to build understanding and teamwork across age groups.
