Interpersonal Supervisory Skills III Training Held at DEMEC
Last week staff from across the DEMEC membership came together for the final installment in the Certified Power Supervisor Program! After nine courses over three years, these dedicated leaders completed their journey with Interpersonal Supervisory Skills III, in which they learned tips to improve employee performance, resolve workplace conflict, and communicate effectively with leadership. A sincere thank you to Marlin Williams with MLT Communication for helping us end the program on such a strong note, and congratulations to every participant for the commitment and perseverance it took to reach this milestone!
