AMP Holds Elections, Re-Elects Pat McCullar as Treasurer

American Municipal Power (AMP) held its annual meeting during the 2019 AMP/OMEA Conference on Sept. 24, 2019. During this conference the AMP Board held its organizational meeting and re-elected several board members including Patrick E. McCullar, DEMEC President & CEO, as Treasurer.

Since AMP’s inception in 1971, they have financed nearly $777 million of short term Bond Anticipated Notes on behalf of their member communities. They have grown to serve 135 public power communities across nine states, including Delaware. AMP is a nonprofit corporation that is owned and governed by its members, representing over 650,000 customers.
